Dear filmmakers,
It’s time again! We are glad to tell you that the Ohne Kohle VideoFilmfestival for „No and Low Budget“ films will take place the fourth time this year.
Our goal is to give independent, financially weak filmmakers the possibility to present their work within an enjoyable atmosphere and position the independent video scene with its great creative output as an alternative and enrichment to mainstream cinema.
This year we want to focus particulary on linking the filmmakers with each other and thereby create permanent structurs for the independent scene.
You can send us your films until 31st of march 2007. Of course there is no fee for handing them in. The categories are:
1) short fiction (>15min)
2) experimental (video-/filmart)
3) animation
4) longplayer (<15min
