& Short Script Competition. "Mustang" by Phyllis Heltay won the short script
grand prize.
Heather Ferrell won First Prize of $3000 CASH for her comedy "A
DIFFERENT KIND OF RAIN".

telemarketer hawking frozen meat flees the law and her luckless
life to help a charismatic, dying widow hunt for a mysterious
package.
If a screenplay focuses the story for a film, the treatment does the same thing for a screenplay. A treatment could be considered a written pitch; something that catches the buyers attention and makes
them want to see more.

great overview of what organizations like his can do for
writers who attend conferences like this.
