The 2007 Film Your Issue Short Film Competition is currently accepting film submissions for this year’s competition. The competition is FREE and open to everyone between the ages of 16 - 25. The grand prize is a Summer 2007 Internship at Universal Pictures! Not to mention that your film will be screened before the United Nations!!!
There are several other very cool awards also such as trips to New York to attend the FYI 2007 Awards Ceremony at the United Nations Headquarters, etc. Also, the entries will be screened on STARZ, STARZ Edge and STARZ Cinema, so your film will get lots of exposure.
This is a really good opportunity for young filmmakers to get exposure and an even better opportunity for our generation to express our views and opinions to those who can make a difference.
The competition is sponsored by: United Nations, Yahoo, Jump Cut, USA Today, ASCAP, Universal, Starz and the Humane Society, just to name a few.
BUT, you MUST hurry as the DEADLINE is: APRIL 15, 2007!!
