John Tantillo Named New Vice President
Billy Rosenberg Becomes Director of Development

Hollywood, CA -- Paramount-based Lynda Obst Productions announces today that John Tantillo and Billy Rosenberg are joining the development team. Tantillo will be the new vice president and Rosenberg will be the new director of development, joining Michael Nash, the senior vice president.

"This is the best team that I've ever had," says Obst. "John and Billy are first-rate executives and along with Michael the development team is now truly complete."

John Tantillo most recently served as vice president of development at Warners-based Jerry Weintraub Productions where he was involved with projects such as "Westworld," "Forge of God" and "Nancy Drew." While there he also helped set up "The Dark Art of Interrogation," based on an article by Mark Bowden. Prior to that, Tantillo worked for three years at The Kennedy/Marshall Company where he rose from development assistant to director of development, working on such projects as "The Bourne Identity" and "Seabiscuit," and before that he worked at Ignite Entertainment where he served as producer's assistant on the Miramax teen comedy "Get Over It."

Billy Rosenberg comes to Lynda Obst Productions from Barry Mendel Productions where he served as story editor from 2002-04, working on such projects as Joss Whedon's "Serenity" and Wes Anderson's "The Life Aquatic." He began his career as a development assistant at Karz Entertainment, after graduating from the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television in 2000.
