Allie-Way Films Announce Release of "Cross The Line"

Once you cross The Line, you can't go back.
Before "CROSS THE LINE", Albert worked on a number of projects. Under Allie-Way Films, his first feature was one close to his heart. "Katie's Wish", which was shot on video with no major production equipment and practically no money, as a form of self therapy, to help in dealing with the loss of his mother, to cervical cancer.

Katie's Wish was written based on a conversation he had with a little girl he met, while visiting his mother in the Hospice. "Katherine", and her story was all he ever knew of this little girl. Katie, as she was called had leukemia and was the inspiration behind the script. But Albert never planned on shooting it. After losing his mother, he decided that money or no money, he was going to do it. He auditioned for a cast and scraped together some money and locations.

Berto Colon, Murphy Rose and Kate Grimes
"Although it is not a huge production and needed a lot of work on look and sound, the story is wonderful and the actors just pull you in", Albert says. I love stories that have heart and passion. Sometimes that is what we need. More stories in movies with a positive outlook. Films that challenge us, Albert says. "Katie's Wish will always be dear to my heart because of why it was shot and who inspired it." I am thinking about tweaking the script and re-shooting it on a larger budget if I can raise the financing.
Still of a victim from the ROMEO MURDERS (Unreleased)
But for now, people can get it while they can by going to Amazon or to indieflix.com and type in Katie's Wish. It's not the size of the budget, but the passion of the filmmaker, he says.
