The High Falls Film Festival is looking for a new Executive Director, to fill the position Randi Minetor has held for the last 2 ½ years. Minetor is leaving to devote more time to her successful public relations business, as well as to travel and complete a series of books on the national parks, scheduled to be published in the spring of 2007.

"Randi has been an integral part of the Festival family and has made great contributions to our continued success. We will miss her and wish her well," said High Falls Film Festival Board President John Richardson.

Richardson said the Festival is currently searching for a candidate whose primary duties and responsibilities will include fundraising and development, community presence, and overall organizational administrative responsibility. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills in every area -- interpersonal, marketing, public relations, public speaking -- and the ability to work creatively and collaboratively. Ability and experience working with artistic organizations a plus. The festival is asking that a cover letter, resume, examples of fundraising and marketing/public relations successes, and contact information of three professional references be sent via mail only (no emails or phone calls) by June 30 to:
