INDIE FOOD CHANNEL COMPETITION FILM FESTIVAL 2004:
TCB-Cafe Publishing Media presents The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL (TM). The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL is a new broadcast format that showcases independent cooking shows, short films and documentaries in an ongoing series of programs televised throughout the United States and Canada. Composed of winning entries to the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL Competition and Film Festival, the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL programming highlights the quality and diversity of content that viewers crave in these days of digital and satellite TV.


The cooking shows, short films and documentaries featured on the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL are selected via an international competition of independent and local cooking shows. The winners of this competition are awarded Finalist and Category commendations, and are also included in the pilot programs of the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL. These pilot programs will be aired in selected television markets nationwide as part of the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL film festival, and will also be sent on DVD to the top food and television critics and media buyers around the country.


An accompanying INDIE FOOD CHANNEL HANDBOOK will be published along with the program, the winners selected from entries in the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL WRITING COMPETITION.
