CAROLINA FILM AND VIDEO CALL FOR ENTRIES

The Carolina Film & Video Festival is actively seeking the best films in the country from independent, college and high school filmmakers. With eight competitive categories, filmmakers have the opportunity to have their films seen in front of an appreciative audience and receive cash prizes. Not seeking premieres or stars, the Carolina Film & Video Festival is proud to show great films. Our 2007 slate of films included several award winning shorts along with two eventual student Academy Award nominees.

Being held February 20-23, 2008, the Carolina Film & Video Festival screens both shorts and feature films on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and at the Carousel Cinemas. Filmmakers are invited
to participate in the week's events including free workshops, social events and meet-and-greets with local filmmakers.

North Carolina and high school filmmakers have the opportunity for reduced entry fees. Please visit Withoutabox.com/login/1075 or
