American Movie Meets Oceans Eleven

The Misbehavers documents a determined group of guerilla filmmakers as they converge at the 2004 Sundance Film Festival to unleash their paramilitary operation mission dubbed, “Operation Altitude”. The objective: book a venue, market a film, attract acquisition representatives and pack the screenings beyond capacity to essentially create their own film festival from ground up in less than two weeks, completely penniless. Stretching their mental, emotional, physical and financial limits, the filmmakers accomplish their outrageous goals and turn thousands of heads in the process. In this sink or swim journey, they embark into the legitimate film industry creating a crazy and motivating story of hearts, dreams, injury, hardships, and all out war to stroll out the Sundance casino door with their dreams fulfilled, the Hollywood big boy’s attention and a shot at beginning a career.
