It is with great pleasure that The Writers Place announces the winners of the July 2003 through June 2004 Short Story Contest. Admittedly, there were many well written and interesting stories. This is why we were somewhat delinquent in notification, as our staff agonized over the decision process. We sincerely apologize for the delay.
