POKER NIGHT

Paul Jaworsky

Drama/Comedy

Synopsis
Seth Ferguson is a thirty-four year old with an obsession for teenage girls. On the way to his weekly poker game with the guys, Ferguson is abducted by Leo and Stan, two thugs employed by a man whose daughter has become Ferguson's latest conquest.

Ken Willoughby and Chris Gallagher sit and pass the time at Willoughby's place by trading stories of their youth, while awaiting the arrival of the final two poker guests.

Ed Cromartie, the eldest of the group, is running late because he's recently found out his own teenage daughter has become the latest notch on Ferguson's belt. When Cromartie tries to reason with his daughter, she becomes upset and an enraged Cromartie fires out the door and heads  off to his poker game.

Leo and Stan decide to make a pit-stop at a local  convenience store. As fate would have it, Cromartie happens to be in the same store on a beer run for his poker buddies. When Leo and Stan enter the store, a supposedly unconscious Ferguson manages to escape from their van. When Ferguson hears the voices of the two thugs just around the corner, he unknowingly jumps in the back of Cromartie's pick-up to hide and bangs his head on a cinder block lying in the bed of the truck.

In the end, all four men eventually meet up at Willoughby's for poker night, but instead of playing a game of cards, all four men become involved in a real-life game of murder.
