Awards/Prizes: The top five (5) screenplays will be
recognized, with awards TBA.
This festival is the first of its kind to put the spotlight on
film comedies by women. Its goals are to raise the profile of
female-generated humor, to give recognition and support to the
women making it, and to be a locus of networking and community
building.

Eligibility:
Must be written by a woman or women.
Rules:
All writing must be done by a woman or
women. The screenplays must be submitted in a hard copy in standard
industry format. They must be feature length between 80 and 120
pages. The genre of all screenplays must be in some way comedic.
Cross-genres are welcome so long as humor is a major part of the
script.
The contest now
considers short scripts, sitcom pilots and feature scripts. Full
