Acclaim Film has announced a new affiliation with Writers Script Network, a premier site for industry professionals, from writers to agents to producers. The top three winning writers (film contest winner and two runners-up), will receive from Writers Script Network:
An e-mail announcement about your screenplay and contact information to about 6,500 industry professionals.
Placement of at least your logline and synopsis on the Writers Script Network password-protected web site. You may also place the treatment and/or script.
Placement of a second script on the site.
Writers Script Network will include a logline for your screenplay in its printed publication, which is snail-mailed to about 5,000 industry professionals.
All this is in addition to consideration from several established companies already affiliated with us, including Good Machine (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), Recorded Picture Company (Naked Lunch, The Last Emperor) and the Donners’ Company (Lethal Weapon series, X-Men).
