Fish is the
story of a diverse group of people living in the same building and trying
to communicate with one another in a racially hyphened contemporary New
York. At the center of the narrative are: handicapped Hassan,
Middle-Eastern male of mid-forties with a dark past haunting him; Emily,
the beautiful yet failed actress constantly playing different roles in her
personal life; and Henry, the seven year old prodigy whose biggest desire
in life is getting rid of his abusive father.
